Very quick iSCSI Storage Than Slows Down to a Halt

Post by supanatral » Thu Aug 27, 2020 2:57 am

I noticed that copying a file to my QNAP starts off very quick but then slows down to a halt.

I logged into the QNAP to see if there was anything wrong that stood out and found nothing until I ran the "dmesg" command

The following messages keep occurring every couple seconds. After giving up, I tried resetting my QNAP back to factory settings, format all the drives, updated to the latest software and started again. Now I'm getting the same issue.

I'm not sure if the 2 issues are connected or not but anything you can help me with is apricated.

Device: TS-431XeU
Software version: 4.4.3.1400 (current as of present)

There are 4 Seagate ST4000VN008-2DR166 drives in the unit.
