TS-219P repeatedly ask for password

Hello
I have a problem with Qnap TS-219P ver. 3.1.1 Build0815 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit that it keep asking for username and password for time to time "once every 2 or 3 days" even after storing the password and I checked my Credential Manager . Other passwords like shared folder on other computers don’t have problem with and are not asked so the problem seems to come for the Qnap NAS.

Any suggestions are appreciated
