Re: [ Ubiquiti UniFi ] [ 5.11.39.0 ] Wi-Fi Management

Post by Vladimir.A.Smirnov » Tue Oct 01, 2019 8:05 pm

Hi. Can anybody help me with Unifi Controller installation on TS-832XU (ARM64) from qnapclub.eu? I also have TS-1263U (x86_64) with installed QJDK8, openHAB & Unifi. They are works extremely good, but with TS-832XU something strange...
Also installed QJDK8, openHAB (WORKS!!!), but Unifi after installation & opening on default port 38190 shows blank screen. On https port 38193 connection refused...
I tried to uninsall/install different versions, change port in config, connecting via WinSCP to be sure, that all directories & files presents (they are presents). Nothing(((
May be somebody knows the direction to look?

Many thanks!

yes, in log directory just only one empty file server.log, nothing any more... No mongod log created, no any strings in server.log. Nothing(.
But application reports that successfully started.
I tried to uninstall / install 5.11.48.0
The same result unfortunately(((

You sure you compiled the right files?

[2019-10-17 18:07:09,042] <launcher> INFO system - UniFi 5.6.42 (build atag_5.6.42_10376 - release) is started

For some reason the 5.11.50 build is showing build 5.6.42 in the server.log when it tries to upgrade.

Going back to 5.11.48 fixed the issue.

Can we get a list of all the ports and what they are used for?
I got multiple locations, so need to map these in my firewall, but couldn't do if, if I don't know them if they aren't standard.
