Unable to Setup Cloud Drive Sync

Hi everyone. I am a newbie on QNAP and have been struggling around to set up my NAS. I have a TS-253be dual drive system with one drive of 10 TB currently installed.

I have set up my NAS and I can access it seemlessly through my PCs and now the first thing I want to do is to keep a local backup of my Cloud Storages - Google Drive and OneDrive.

I have gone through the installation manual and instructions multiple time of Cloud Drive Sync App and it is available on my dashboard but I am unable to set up accounts within it. I follow the steps in the instructions, when I select the service as Google Drive, I am redirected to a Google Webpage for Authentication which I allow and then the system keeps on trying and everytime I get the following error :

"Failed to Authenticate Account. Please check your PC and NAS settings and try again"

I don't know what to do next and would really appreciate if any of the Gurus can advise the next steps.
