[SOLVED] Cant access mounted share from within docker.

Post by ap_user » Fri Oct 16, 2020 8:12 am

Im new to QNAP. Just spent 2K on a NAS and i have to say its not as polished as Synology. I'm willing to chuck it up to my lack of knowledge, but first discrepency is that i cant edit a docker from the GUI. im ok with that i just build a create script and keep tweeking and running that.

I have a problem, im not sure why it forces me to use volumes within container stations. I want simple mapped shares for my config, data, download etc type of folders.

I can't get it to work... Can anyone share how they got share folders actually mounted and accessible by the docker container itself?

SOLVED!!! i figured it out by watching what the GUI does when i try to create a mounted share, all i had to do was add /share/ in front of my path that i was passing in from host. My Bad!... LOL
