What does that system process do, what can I do avoid it waking up my disks constantly?

Log:
[ 8234.265984] dd(3932): dirtied inode 3336 (kmsg) on md9
[ 8234.266000] dd(3932): dirtied inode 3336 (kmsg) on md9
[ 8234.266012] dd(3932): dirtied inode 3336 (kmsg) on md9

There is a feed from the volatile Kernel output to a permanent file location:

[~] # ps -ef | grep dd | grep kmsg
19529 admin 432 S /bin/dd if=/proc/kmsg of=/mnt/HDA_ROOT/.logs/kmsg bs=1 count=1024000

Check what is coming from the Kernel output and is feed to the file:

[~] # dmesg
...

[~] # tail -100 /mnt/HDA_ROOT/.logs/kmsg
...

Under normal operation, the Kernel output remains silent. What can happen (no, it's user triggered) is that the admin does use the block device monitor script, which does enable the block device monitor traffic, but the feed with the dd command above) is not terminated properly.
