I've always had spindown issues with this NAS, however I thought it would have been caused by Resilio Sync. Now I finally disabled that service but the issues remained. The problem is that the drives do pretty seldom spin down and when they do it usually doesn't take long for them to spin up again. This happens even if no other network device in the same network is running and even though no incoming external access to the NAS is possible (carrier grade NAT).
Here's the result from the script posted in the Wiki - it took way more than just "a few minutes" as stated in the Wiki. Would be great if someone could help.

Btw: Is there some way to properly post such logs here in the forums? 1 MB text is too much to be pasted directly and the attachment uploader neither accepts .txt not .pdf...
