Problem with hybrid backup Sync and Google Drive

Hi everyone,
I have a problem between : Hybrid Backup Sync and google drive.
Sometimes I have this message : [CloudBackupSync] (Sync) job [ABC] failed: Cloud storage authentication error. Log into your cloud account again.
The task is stopped, and Ihave to restart it manualy.

Do you have any idea where the problem may come from ?
My equipment :

NAS : TS-1263U-RP
firrmware : 4.3.3.0361 Build 20171101

Hybrid Backup Sync : version 2.1.170914

Did you solve your problem? I just noticed that my sync job failed in December as well and I cannot re-login or create a new one as it always says that I cannot log in.

Hello same problem here.
[CloudBackupSync] (Sync) job [ABC] failed: Cloud storage authentication error. Log into your cloud account again.
Login again gives the same problem.
Creating a new job with same, already excisting google account in hybrid backupt gives Cloud storage autentication faild on account when selecting or creating a folder on the google drive.

When i create a new job with a another not excisting google account in hybred backup everything it works fine.

Also having the same issue, i've logged a ticket with QNAP.
Model: TS-653B 8GB
Disks: 3 x 4TB Western Digital WD40EFRX - RAID 5
Total Storage: 7.2TB
Applications: Plex MS | QCouchPotato | QSabnzbd+ | QSickrage | QHeadphones | HTPC Manager | Kodi v18.4 MySQL
Other Devices: Netgear D7000 AC1900 VDSL Router | FTTC - 80/20 | Netgear GS108 Gigabit Switch

I managed to get mine working again.

Had to delete my profile for Google drive and re-add again.
Model: TS-653B 8GB
Disks: 3 x 4TB Western Digital WD40EFRX - RAID 5

Is anyone else having horrific slow upload speed issues with HBS and either backup or one-way sync to GDrive? If so, were you able to solve it or did you find an alternative to HBS?

Same problem here

TS-932-X and the only App to sync my Google Drive account is Hybrid Backup Sync

Google Account easily added in the "profile", but once initiated ... everything is extremely SLOW

If a create a folder, a simple blank folder, on the NAS, it takes hours to see it on my computers

This solution is totally ridiculous, Google Drive is know as a very fast and reactive cloud storage, and with a QNAP NAS it simply doesn't work, using a USB Key seems much simpler and faster OMG

Yes i m facing slow speed issues with HBS. i haven't found an alternative though mywegmansconnect
