Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
I have four brand new Ironwolf 16TB drives in my brand new TS-1277 NAS. The IHM does not show for any of these disks. When I click on the Health button, I do see it appears for just a half-second and then disappears just before the window becomes usable.
Any clues?

Which firmware are you using? The new official 4.4.1 build 1064 released yesterday mentions in the release notes among a lot of other changes
Updated IronWolf Health Management (IHM) to support new Seagate IronWolf and IronWolf Pro drive models

Re: Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
I have 12x 16TB IronWolf Pro drives. IHM on 4.4.1 build does not support them yet. Guess it will be in a later build.

Re: Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
I have both a TS531p and a TS563 populated with 8TB IronWolf Pro's. This is on QTS 4.4.1.1064.
In both NAS's (and for all disks) the Ironwolf Health Management screen shows 'Testing' for the drives - the stop analysis button does nothing.
A bit disappointing seeing as they've been promoting this feature for a while now and yet it doesn't seem to work at all.

Re: Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
The same problem here with a TS251 in combination with two IronWolfs ST10000VN0004 not showing the status in Controllcenter.
There are even false S.M.A.R.T-errors and warnings shown with Fw. 4.4.1.1081.
With Fw. 4.3.6.0993 everything works fine, HD is shown in good condition without any errors!

Re: Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
Just in case it helps anybody else I fixed my issue...it probably wants reporting to QNap as a bug so I'll get round to that too.
In the 'IHM schedule test' it allows you to select a location for the stats, I've discovered that if this is changed from the default of 'public' then my issue of the 'testing' being never ending goes away straight away...YMMV of course...

Re: Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
Qnap just released a new firmware version for some models which addresses this.

- Storage & Snapshots would not display Seagate IronWolf Health Management (IHM) options for the Seagate hard drive ST8000VN004.

Re: Ironwolf Health Management Does Not Show
i also saw this thread
viewtopic.php?f=355&t=147771
I have a weird issue in regards to seagate 4tb non pro hdds.
i have 2 of them. but one of the seagate hdds cannot detect IHM. but the other works fine. i got a ticket with qnap for that. i don't know whether this is a hard drive issue... or whether it's a qnap bug
i'm still testing this out.
i spotted this thread but it claims to have since fixed the issue. but i am wondering whether this could be a bug in expansion box, or whether it is a bad hard drive.
but i ran disk test, long smart test but there were no issues mentioned. so i doubt it's a bad hdd, but for some reason one of out the 2 seagate hdd does not show the IHM in qts UI
i also check both hard drive info, they are using the same firmware version as well. and are the same model, and both brand new.
I'm using QTS 4.4.2 latest build for a TL-D400S
