Folders missing in Mac Finder

Hi,

My NAS is running on the latest firmware 4.4.2.1320.

Unfortunately there is a problem that some folders missing in Mac Finder, but these folders can be seen in File Station in QTS.

This problem has been long time and QNAP support team provided fix on it a few times before, but it is obviously not permanent fix, some folders still get invisible in Finder.

Any of you has the same issue and solution for it please?

Are all the files of the same type? Have you looked in Win/Mac/NFS > Advanced Options > Veto criteria ?

I am having a problem opening folders in either Finder or other apps. Finder sees the NAS TS-251+ and the folders, but there is nothing shown in the folders?
Thanks for any assistance, I am new to NAS, and QNAP .
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Have you checked the permissions on the problem folders/directories? Maybe your user does not have them for those folders/directories.
